A special project team is established where the project manager usually has a project coordinator, engineer and technician to work with. The project manager takes responsibility for the coordination of tasks and delivery of the system. This involves the coordination of hardware, software, installation, training, and local third-party interaction as defined by the customer order and/or agreement.
